Refund policy

We strive to make your shopping experience a happy one! 

Returns | You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt of order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with your receipt, including all packaging. 

Refunds | Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges | If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in finding a suitable replacement and guide you through the exchange process.

Exceptions | Certain items, such as custom ordered products, food items, bedding, dishes and glassware and sale merchandise, are not eligible for return. Candles, diffusers are other unused fragrance items can be exchanged for store credit only.

Return Shipping | Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items | If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
